The Northern Region Cement Company was established in 2006 and it’s the first industrial projects in the northern border area where it began production in the first half of 2008. It is worth mentioning that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud launched the project of establishing the Company's factory during his visit to the northern border area.
